Returns and Cancellations

GREECE

A. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw and receive his money without any justification within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product by returning the product in its initial condition. The customer bears only the shipping cost. The company is obliged to refund the amount that the customer paid within 30 calendar days under the condition that LUXMALL has received the products and checked them. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is possible for the customer if and under the condition that:

  • The customer has filled-in and sent the relevant withdrawal form.
  • The product has been returned in its initial condition without any wear and it has not been used nor tried on; moreover, it has not been modified nor have any parts thereof been removed nor the gelatins have been removed (from the dial, the buckle, etc.) as well as any other protective cover
  • The product has been returned in its initial packaging in which it has been delivered and none of the documentation / leaflets on the product included therein is missing (receipt, guaranty, manual etc.).

In case that the product is returned with damages or defects, the customer must compensate LUXMALL.gr by an amount determined by the shop depending on the condition of the product. Any product delivered along with a gift, it must be returned with the gift, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount. In general, the applicable provisions of Law 2251/1994 on the right of withdrawal are applicable. If the customer returns the product in person at our store, he shall not bear any cost. If a courier (only ACS courier) goes to receive the product at the place of the customer, then the customer shall bear the cost of 6,00€ (courier expenses).

B. Return and replacement of the product

If the user does not wish to withdraw from the contract, he has the right to ask within the said aforementioned deadline (14 days from the delivery etc.) for the replacement of the product with another in the same condition. In such case, the customer shall bear the cost of 6,00€ (courier expenses), if any.

In case that at LUXMALL.gr evidenced fault you have received products other or materially different from the ones you have ordered or it is evident that there is a defect in the product delivered or any of its agreed qualities is missing, the user has the right to the repair of the product or the replacement thereof free of charge.

The right of cancellation, withdrawal or replacement must be separated from the rights in case of a defected product as the latter is covered by the respective guaranty.

With regard to the return-replacement, we must mention the following:

  • The product to be replaced-repaired must necessarily be returned with the original purchase receipt.
  • The product to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition that it has been delivered to the customer, intact and without any wear and its packaging must be the initial one and in an excellent condition along with all the documentation of the product. Upon the return of the product, it is necessary for the written guaranty thereof to be returned as well.
  • The product to be returned must be unused.
  • You must have contacted the e-shop in advance on the day of the delivery or in any case on the next business day at the latest.

A. Right of withdrawal

B. Return and replacement of the product

If the user does not wish to withdraw from the contract, he has the right to ask within the said aforementioned deadline (14 days from the delivery etc.) for the replacement of the product with another in the same condition. In such case, the customer shall bear the cost of 20,00€ (courier expenses in case of a shipment by ship) or 30,00€ (courier expenses in case of a shipment by airplane).

In case that at LUXMALL.gr evidenced fault you have received products other or materially different from the ones you have ordered or it is evident that there is a defect in the product delivered or any of its agreed qualities is missing, the user has the right to the repair of the product or the replacement thereof free of charge.

The right of cancellation, withdrawal or replacement must be separated from the rights in case of a defected product as the latter is covered by the respective guaranty.

With regard to the return-replacement, we must mention the following:

Order cancellation

The order may be cancelled when the following apply:

  • Prior to the completion of the order, during the electronic placement of the order.
  • If the electronic order has been completed but the product has not been sent yet, you may call 210 2829000 and notify us and we will make sure that your order is cancelled. You have this option until the moment we notify you on the shipment of your order.

ATTENTION! Try on the product without removing the protective gelatins because otherwise the return of the product will not be accepted.
